Our NFC-enabled products contain embedded NFC chips that communicate with compatible smartphones when tapped against them. No app is required—just tap The Forever Memory™ NFC-enabled product with your phone, and the digital album opens instantly. iPhone users (iPhone 11 and newer) should tap with the top of their phone, while Android users typically need to use the center back of their device. If your phone doesn't detect the NFC-enabled tag, ensure NFC is enabled in your settings or use the QR code on the NFC-enabled tag as an alternative.
